My husband and I chose the Coach and Design Plan through Northwest Weddings, and it was so worth it! Six months before our wedding, we met with Alyssa over the phone to discuss any and all questions related to the big day. She was incredibly helpful, coordinating with our vendors and handling many of the behind-the-scenes tasks that helped take a huge mental load off our shoulders.
On our wedding day, Alyssa and her assistant, Elle, were so lovely to work with! Everything ran seamlessly, and our guests felt comfortable throughout the evening. Our room flip was a challenge, but Alyssa and Elle worked their magic and transformed the space into something so beautiful that our guests couldn't stop raving about it. My wife and I chose Northwest Weddings for our day-of coordination. Mary Kate was our primary coordinator and was extremely communicative and organized leading up to our wedding. After finalizing our timeline with her, we very much appreciated having her step in to help make sure all our vendors were ready for the wedding day and had all the information they needed. On the wedding day, Mary Kate and her assistant Olivia arrived on time and were amazing. Mary Kate is excellent at anticipating needs - took away a lot of mental labor for us and allowed us to enjoy our wedding instead of stressing out about it. She was with us through the whole day while her assistant made sure that vendor setup at the venue went well, so we felt that all the bases were covered. Things went so smoothly that we ended up just having a lot of time to chill before the ceremony. Overall, we loved our experience with Northwest Weddings and would highly recommend them for day-of coordination!

We hired Alyssa for our wedding in January and she truly exceeded our expectations. I don’t even know where to begin with how much Alyssa helped! We originally hired her for just day of coordination but as the day got closer I felt like I was missing something so I scheduled a call with Alyssa. She is always super prompt in her email responses and even responded to my random texts! We went with the partial planning instead and it was the best choice we could’ve made for our wedding (and my sanity). Alyssa helped us the morning of by steaming all of the bridesmaids dresses, she was on top of it with the timeline all day, helped bustle my dress before cocktail hour and made sure everything was in order the rest of the night.
